Olivia McGuire - Office/Fitness Manager

 

With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Olivia brings her passion, drive and enthusiasm to the Riverstone Golf & Country Club.

 

She has competed in over 20 figure competitions across Canada and the United States, capturing many top 5 positions including the well deserved honor of 1^st Place.  She continues to compete with an upcoming Arnold Classics show in Columbus on March 4th, 2010.

 

Her focus, commitment and dedication to the industry is extra-ordinary. During competition season Olivia travels to New York City to meet with her posing and presentation coach and her Personal Trainer Mike Davies, based out of Columbus Ohio, is one of the best in North America. Olivia visits Mike on a regular basis for consultations and returns to Riverstone Golf & Country Club to share his cutting edge fitness techniques with her staff.

Whether your focus is personal training, nutrition or both Olivia will create a specialized program customized just for you. As a certified Personal Trainer, Olivia will provide you with a safe and effective exercise program that provides the appropriate exercise selection and intensity to meet your individual needs. As a certified Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Olivia will provide safe and effective recommendations to meet your nutrition, physical activity and wellness needs. Olivia is results driven and her energy is contagious.

 

She is not only Riverstone’s Office and Fitness Manager; she is a mother to her 15 year old daughter, a soccer and hockey mom and a wife to a very supportive husband. She is also 46 years old and is living proof that age should not be a barrier.
