We will endeavour to help you achieve your personal best in health & fitness. Our professional, motivating staff will custom design programs to meet and exceed your specific wellness goals.

What You'll Find

We offer 4 International size squash courts. Loaner racquets, racquets to purchase as well as balls and protective eye wear are available at our Fitness Pro Shop.

Our fully equipped air conditioned gym, offers many types of new cardio equipment, free weights, strength training equipment, medicine balls, bosu balls, weighted bars, and much more.

We offer Professionally Certified Personal Training sessions to suit your schedule and lifestyle. We offer single sessions as well as custom packages. A Pre and Post Natal Personal Training Specialist is available upon request. Our Fitness Manager, Olivia McGuire is a North American Figure Champion who is results driven, very motivating and will certainly help you reach and exceed your health and fitness goals.

A Professional Nutrition / Wellness Consultant Specialist is available on site to provide you with a custom designed program based on your goals and objectives. Monthly programs are available.

Our Bistro offers City Blends nutritious and delicious protein shakes in many flavours and options. Whether it’s a low sugar, low calorie or muscle gainer, kids menu… we have it all.

Program Overview
Our trained and certified professionals will provide personal consultation for your specific needs and goals. Our topics include;
  • The wellness concept, health evaluation and lifestyle choices
  • Nutrition basics
  • Weight management (weight loss and gain) including maintenance
  • Sports nutrition & supplements
  • Personal nutrition programs, including full initial assessment and regular monitoring
  Our Personal Training Specialists are available to assist and motivate you to continue your existing healthy regime, begin a program or challenge yourself to reach new physical heights.

At any level, we can accommodate you safely and professionally. Our topics include;
  • Aspects of fitness, wellness and basic training principles
  • Components of a workout from warm-up, cardiovascular and resistance training to cool-down including the importance of each phase
  • Personal training programs, including initial assessment and regular monitoring
