Anthony Coticone-Executive Chef:
Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with over 20 years experience in the Private Club Industry. Working most recently at the prestigious St. Georges Golf and Country Club where he served as Executive Chef. Prior to that, Anthony completed his apprenticeship at the Board of Trade in Woodbridge. Anthony adds an in depth knowledge of classical and modern Italian cooking to Riverstone, as well as years of high level kitchen Management.
Zach Heide- Food & Beverage Manager
A graduate of International Relations at Queens University, Zach spent his school years working in restaurants and has never looked back. After completing his degree Zach took on the job of Restaurant Manager at the prestigious Club at Bond Head. Working his way up the ranks Zach left Bond Head as the Food and Beverage Manager to come to Riverstone.
Chaminda Gamage- Executive Sous Chef
Trained in Sri Lanka, Chaminda learned creative Indian preparations, along with Classical French Cuisine. After working in Tokyo, Chaminda moved to Toronto to work at some of the premier private clubs, most recently Bayview Golf and Country Club. Chaminda has several culinary competition medals to his credit won throughout the world.
